Villains After Hours Party at Magic Kingdom

On select nights this summer at Walt Disney World the Villains are taking over Magic Kingdom and you can come party with them!

At the Villains After Hours event you and a small group of guests get to come in after the park closes. You’ll have three hours to enjoy 24 attractions with zero to no wait times including the popular rides like Big Thunder Mountain, Peter Pan, and yes, even Seven Dwarfs Mine Train all without waiting in long lines.

After Hours events are popular tickets since they are kept so small. At no other event throughout the year will you be able to enjoy the parks with such a small group.

Entertainment

This summer’s Magic Kingdom event is all about the Villains. So on top of all that After Hours party fun, you get a few special Villainous adventures.

The main event happens at the castle stage. Villains Unite the Night features five favs, Hades, Jafar, Maleficent, the Evil Queen, and Doctor Facilier who take over the castle. You can catch the show playing three times during the party.
Villains Unite the Night – Cinderella Castle stage – 11pm, 12am, 1am.

In between shows the castle turns into a rave party with a DJ at the castle spinning tunes with lights and projections.

Also especially for Villains After Hours you’ll get to see everyone’s favorite fire-breathing dragon! Maleficent makes her way through the park three times and she looks stunning at night!

Maleficent at Night
Frontierland to Hub to Frontierland – 10:40pm, 11:45pm.
Frontierland to Main Street U.S.A. 1:20am.

Space Mountain also turns into a “Villains Space Trip” with high energy rave music playing as you zoom around in complete darkness! And Pirates of the Caribbean features a few extra Pirates who interact with you in the line and on the ride.

Unlimited Snacks

But if enjoying the parks without the crowds wasn’t enough, your ticket also includes unlimited snacks! Popcorn, drinks and yes, even the classic Mickey ice cream bars are all free. Snack carts are located all over the park for you to have as much as you want.

If you still have room in between all the free popcorn and Mickey bars, there’s tons of Villain themed snacks and drinks sold all over the park. Check out the creepy cool Zurg galactic noodles and Yzma’s bubbling smoking Llama potion! Most of these range from $4-7 bucks and are exclusive to this party.

When the party ends some of your favorite Villains are there to send you home with a fond farewell! Look for them at the Train Station as you leave. They’ll be out as early as one hour prior to the end of the party so even if you leave early you won’t miss them.

Anyone can go to Villains After Hours but tickets often sell out. They’re around $130 and get you in the park as early as 7 pm. You get three hours before it closes and three hours of the actual event with that ticket. Dates are now available through September and can be bought online here.
